Policies
- Prices are subject to change depending on condition of coat and behavior of pet.
- If an animal is difficult to work with for any reason, a $20.00 behavior fee will be added to the grooming price
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed appointment fee.
- Please allow a 30 minute margin of time for your appointment. If for any reason it will take longer, you will receive a courtesy call from us letting you know that we are late.
- The normal time for service may vary depending on breed, behavior and state of the pet, but please keep in mind that dogs who are not regularly groomed take longer to groom.
- If at any time Scruffy 2 Fluffy Mobile Pet Grooming believes that your pet is overly stressed or behaving in a manner that may cause injury to itself or staff, we will stop with the grooming process, and you will be charged a $30.00 fee
- Scruffy 2 Fluffy Mobile Pet Grooming has the right to refuse service to anyone, including any animal known to be aggressive.
- Scruffy 2 Fluffy Mobile Pet Grooming does NOT administer sedatives or drugs as an aid to grooming.
